The Dean of the College of Arts, Prof.Dr. Majid Abdul Hamid Al-Kaabi, honored Professor Dr. Alaa Al-Issawi in the College of Arts, Department of History on Wednesday, 25/5/2021,  for his participation in conferences and competitions held by the Islamic University of Najaf, and for obtaining a medal of creativity from the same university, and for his distinction in seminars and the electronic workshops that he participate in.

These competitions included more than (70) researches from the countries of Morocco, Tunisia, Iran, Lebanon, Britain, Iraq, Egypt and other countries. He also won the third possession in the conference of the reform movement across international history, which was held by the College of Arts, Al-Mustansiriya University.

Moreover, he had published dozens of researches, five printed books, three in print, attending more than (30) conferences, getting dozens of thanks and appreciation letters, obtaining shields, and attending more than (270) seminars and electronic workshops.
