Proceeding from the goals of our institutions and their achieved successes in upgrading the academic process, we congratulate our teaching staff for the resumption of official working hours, and we call and emphasize the strengthening of the spirit of responsibility that achieves community service and takes into account the requirements of the public interest.  The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research decided that Sunday 12/9/2021 will be the date for the commencement of working hours for teaching staff in all public and private universities and colleges.
