On Tuesday morning, 14/9/2021, a committee formed by the President of Basrah University, Prof. Saad Shahin Hammadi, visited the multimedia laboratory of the College of Arts for the purpose of inspecting and examining the laboratory for the purpose of taking the IELTS language exam and determining all the technical, administrative and organizational requirements related to the establishment of this exam.

They were accompanied on their inspection tour by the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Dr. Hyder Abdul-Redha Al-Tamimi, and a number of professors of the College of Arts.

The committee came out with a set of recommendations that will be submitted to the president of the university to take the necessary decisions in this regard.
