An Instructor at the College of Arts Publishes a Book

The instructor at the College of Arts / Department of History at the University of Basrah, Dr. Tawfiq Dawai Musa Al-Hajjaj, issued a book on the verification of manuscript entitled “Adequate Wellness in the Etiquette of Food and Drink and its Benefits” by Muhdhab Al-Din Ahmed bin Abdul Ridha Al-Basri (d. 1090 AH).

The book consists of 300 pages divided into two chapters:

 (Chapter one: the author's life and chapter two: verification of the manuscript text).

The book aims to introduce the reader to the importance of the scientific and intellectual human heritage, as well as the Arab and Islamic heritage, as the book includes the (Prophetic Medicine). 

Interest in the scientific, intellectual and narrative heritage is one of the most important features that investigators and researchers address personally or within committees assigned to them by centers or institutions specialized in manuscript verification.
