The Continuing Education Unit, in cooperation with the Information Technology Unit, organized a course on how to deal with the official Avicenna mail.

Dr. Mushtaq Salem Abdul Razzaq touched on the most important topics that would overcome the errors or problems in which the instructor falls, like the distinction between official and commercial emails and the adoption of the official Avicenna mail in establishing educational platforms.

He also touched on the necessity of registering in the Google browser through Avicenna's mail to create educational platforms (Classroom and Google Meet), as he showed through his lecture the mechanism of creating a fixed Google Meet platform.

With regard to writing questions, he touched on the most important settings that must be adhered to, such as commitment to the time of sending questions and receiving the answers, committing to one response and other commands.

Mr. Mahmoud Faisal gave a full practical explanation in which he explained how to use these platforms.

The course aims to explain the mechanism of using Avicenna's mail and to identify the most important problems that the instructor is exposed to during the blended learning process.
